Spartan Magazine (name still undecided) Issue #1 has already started undergoing the main design and input
stages. So far, we are willing to release the following information:
- It will be a multi-format magazine, and will definitely include Xbox and Playstation
2 systems, but we are not yet sure whether to include a Gamecube, PC, Movies or hand-held gaming section, seeing as those
forums haven't been very active recently, and we don't want to waste our time.
- The
magazine won't just be reviewing and previewing games. We will have articles that affect gamers directly, such as desensitisation
and social collapse due to playing videogames. More soon.
- The Spartan Magazine will
also include various charts such as most sold games per month, and most played over Xbox or Playstation 2 online in the past
month.
- We will also include a 'letters' section so you can write and tell us
about the magazine, anything you like or not, abything about articles we've written. Whatever's on your mind, tell us!
- Obviously, there will be reviews of newly released games, and even Xbox Live and Playstation 2 online
reviews, to see how games fair online. Gaming news and previews will be there, as well as Xbox 2 news and PS3 news.
There's gonna be a LOT more, we just don't want to ruin the surprise and tell you everything. Rest assured
though, the wait will be worth it, and expect to hear about the settled name in a few days time.
Issue #1 will be available for download/viewing by the end of February to
the beginning of March, here on the Spartan Forum and Site.

Ok, here's the logo I'd like to see in the Spartan Magazine. It needs to be tidied up a little. The first screenshot
is the logo of Spartan117 and second screen is a proof basics Cover. Take a look , and enjoy it !
